The best experience to buy a fridge ever. Joe couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Our fridge broke late Thursday night and by Saturday afternoon we had a new one delivered and working. Shay was very knowledgeable to repair our Samsung washer. In his first visit he diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. He ordered the necessary parts and returned one week. It was necessary to completely dismantle the machine but he knew exactly what he was doing. One hour later we now have a new like washer.

I cannot believe the prompt service! Igor arrived following his phone call to me within an hour of placing my service call to the office. Igor gave me an on site quote, explanation of malady and completed the repair with my consent within half an hour. I googled the price of replacing the dryer while Igor was working, and the repair service was a third of the cost of replacing the dryer, with a 30 day warranty. Wow... what a knowledgeable person Shai is. My Jenn-Air stove was repaired twice while under manufactory warranty by Jenn-Air repairman. But every time the problem would come back after a month or two. Shai fixed it during his first visit and the problem never came back since. Recently, I had to use Shais help again to fix our Frigidaire washer and fridge. Shai did an amazing job this time as well. Our 3 years old washer works like new again. I would definitely recommend Shai to anyone, his prices are very reasonable, his service is outstanding and his attitude and honesty is the best you can possibly find in the industry. I called for a quote to fix my mom's dryer which had been giving her problems since summer. Had an amazing experience with Shay. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He fixed our dead fridge in 15 minutes for $280 with a month long warranty. The day before we called another service called appleappliance and they charged us $95 just to show up and diagnose the issue. The tech walked in for 2 minutes looked at a part and said its needs to be replaced which will cost $595 (only $100 part) and take two weeks! Shay looked at the same component and had it running in 15 minutes at a fraction of the price. Would recommend this service to anybody.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received from Care Appliance Service. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Fast service. My Dryer was "fixed" last year by other company. Never worked the way it use to and the same issue started again last week. These guys came same day and found the problem quickly. After discussing my options with the tech, I decided to try to fix it myself, but found the cost for parts alone elsewhere was more than what CareAppliance quoted for the WHOLE REPAIR JOB. I called for a quote to fix my mom's dryer which had been giving her problems since summer. Other companies came and claimed to fix it but it would just break again, my mom started to feel like she was being taken advantage of. Care appliance service came quick to replace the broken part and even gave us honest advice on how we can maintain the dryer for future use, plus it was reasonably priced. It's been a bit over a month now and still no problems! I'm beyond satisfied and highly recommend!

Wow... what a knowledgeable person Shai is. My Jenn-Air stove was repaired twice while under manufactory warranty by Jenn-Air repairman. But every time the problem would come back after a month or two. Shai fixed it during his first visit and the problem never came back since. Recently, I had to use Shais help again to fix our Frigidaire washer and fridge. Shai did an amazing job this time as well. Our 3 years old washer works like new again. I would definitely recommend Shai to anyone, his prices are very reasonable, his service is outstanding and his attitude and honesty is the best you can possibly find in the industry.
